Windy City Triathlon Camp

Since before we were L3 Endurance we have organized and run triathlon camps which prioritize an athlete’s experience and individual development, leading to short-term and long-term athletic performance. Through our camps our athletes are able to focus on training, resting, fueling, and learning, while finally being able to set aside the other aspects of their lives. These experiences provide athletes with the chance to receive in-person coaching while swimming, riding, and running in some amazing training environments. Camps are hard, but you will leave stronger than you arrived and with new friends and great memories to draw on throughout your triathlon career. All are welcome!

What’s included in the Windy City Training Camp presented by L3 Endurance?

 ● Individualized coaching during swim/bike/run sessions 

● Workouts tailored to your individual fitness levels 

● Welcome Reception, all meals and training nutrition from Thursday night through Sunday at camp completion. 

● Fully supported training (1 pool session, 1 open water swim session, 2 supported rides, 3 run sessions) 

● Educational sessions provided by L3 Endurance Head Coach Rick Lapinski and his renowned staff
